PAIRINGS RECEPTION
- When and where is the reception?
- Day: Tuesday, July 11, 2023
- Time: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
- Location: Rupp Arena - Club C
- 430 W Vine St., Lexington, KY 40507 (map)
- Parking entrance at Gate 1 off High Street
- Do I need to RSVP to attend the pairings reception?
- There is no need to formally RSVP for the reception, answering the question during the registration process is all we need.
- Can I bring a Guest?
- Yes, the invitation to the reception is for you and a guest.
- What is the dress code?
- Golf Casual
- What is happening at this party?
- Starting at 7:00PM we will be hosting a Live Draft where Pro-Am teams will take turns to select their Professional players that the team will be paired with on the Pro-Am.
- In case you’re unable to attend, all pairings and official tee times will be posted here on the Pro-Am website and a copy emailed to all participants at the conclusion of the draft.
Pro-Am DAY
- Where do I park on Wednesday?
- We will have courtesy Valet Parking for Wednesday Pro-Am participants. Please drive to the bag drop off area next to the Pro Shop at Keene Trace Golf Club (map).
- Will I be able to use the Driving Range prior to my round?
- Yes, the driving range will be open to Pro-Am participants starting at 5:45AM
- Is this a ride or walk Pro-Am?
- This year all teams will ride in golf carts, cartpath only. One forecaddie will be provided for each group.
- Food and Beverage for Pro-Am participants
- Light breakfast will be offered during check-in.

- Casamigos / Sedona / Pepsi - 5 Tee
